I am a retired educator with a university and business background. Have own home in the southern highlands but require a city base to visit my wife in aged care on a daily basis in Paddington.

I am very organised, neat, clean and quiet. Very respectful of others and their privacy and space. But, happy to mingle or keep to myself in line with the style of the house.

Due to a large rent increase I am moving out of my current flat in mid-May and hope to find something by then. I have my own furniture but can store that if the residence/room is already furnished.
