New to Melbourne from NZ, have been here since June in full time, stable employment. Now looking to find a permanent location to call home!
Ideally looking to live with 1–2 others, late 20s–mid 30s. Social but independent - keen for the occasional wine, dinner or spontaneous plan, while still having our own lives.
I’m after a furnished room in South Yarra, Richmond/Cremorne, Fitzroy, Collingwood, Carlton, South Melbourne or CBD. Parking required, ensuite preferred but not essential, and somewhere I can WFH when needed. Ideally with easy PT to the CBD and cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance.
