Hi there!

I am currently seeking a place to rent! I have been living away from home for 3 years now, and rented in 2 different households in that time (1x shared student accom w/ 4 people, 1x private rental with 1 other person). I am a super social person but also enjoy my time alone. I am a pretty tidy person, particularly in shared spaces. I have lived with a cat (not my own), ideally I would like somewhere without one but am super pet-friendly if there is one! I am a musician (singer songwriter) but understand people’s desires for peace and quiet, so will usually only jam when home alone. I also love beach volleyball (play each week), watching the NRL and going to the beach. My current lease ends near early June and I will also be finishing my uni degree around that time and ideally changing to full time work, so trying to ease the load of all those changes by finding and reserving a place to stay before then!
