I have recently moved to Sydney from NZ and have a full time job working as a Senior Data Analyst. I am very friendly and happy to chat but also like to have downtime and my own space. I currently love exploring all the areas in Sydney and hope to see more of the city soon.

I'm a very considerate person so would prefer living with similar folk, also those who like peace and quiet at night as I'm also a light sleeper. Note I am not very into partying or drinking and would prefer a living environment that matches this. My last flatmate was very similar and we usually kept to ourselves but also did sometimes get together to watch TV or grab some takeout. We lived together for over five years so this seems to the vibe I've settled into.

Hoping to find someone to live with with similar preferences, no set time frame as I would rather wait for the right place and people.
