I’m a Filipino working full-time in Geebung (5am–3pm schedule), so I usually keep things pretty quiet and low-key. During the week it’s mostly work, rest, and cooking at home, and on weekends I like to relax or get out a bit.

I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. Happy to have a chat, but also value personal space and downtime.

I’m a non-smoker, not a party person, and mindful of noise due to early starts.

I’m looking to move in around the 3rd week of May, with a budget of around $220–$270/week, depending on the place.
