Hi, I’m Zoltan. I’m moving to Melbourne from Canada to start a PhD at the University of Melbourne, and I’m looking for a room or studio from around 15 June.

I’m quiet, clean, respectful, and reliable with rent. I’ll mostly be focused on my research/studies, so I’m looking for a stable, calm place to live rather than a party house. I’m friendly and easy to get along with, but also respectful of people’s space and routines.

I’m hoping to find somewhere furnished, ideally near Parkville/Carlton/North Melbourne/Brunswick or within a reasonable public transport commute to the University of Melbourne. My budget is up to around $400 per week, preferably with bills included.

I’m currently overseas, so I’d be happy to do a video inspection and provide my University of Melbourne offer/scholarship details, ID, and references if needed.
