Hi! I'm Danica, a 21-year-old student doing my cert 3 in early childhood, looking for a new place to call home. I have just recently moved from New Zealand and eager to start my new chapter here in Brisbane. I’m an outgoing person who loves making the most of my weekends ~ I’m usually out for walks or exploring new spots ~ but I also love a quiet night in with a good vibe. I’m very tidy and respectful of others' space, and easy-going.
I take a lot of pride in my living space and am very clean and respectful of shared areas—I’m a firm believer in the "clean as you go" rule! I’ve shared living space before, so I understand the importance of clear communication, paying rent/bills on time, and balancing socialising with respecting everyone's need for privacy.
