Hi!

I'm looking for a room in a friendly and clean flat with working professionals or mature students.

I'm a 33yo woman - originally from Japan and grew up in NZ. I've just moved to Perth for a job at the Department of Education. I'm hoping not to buy a car so would ideally be within walking distance to a train station/bus stop and supermarket.

In terms of lifestyle, I'm very calm, considerate and tidy. I don't smoke or drink. I enjoy reading, vege gardening, yoga, gym and dancing. I value unwinding at home and living in a drama-free and peaceful space.
