Here are my requirements:
• Transportation: I am looking for a place within a 5-minute walk to a bus or train station for easy commuting to school.
• Convenience: Hope to be within walking distance to a supermarket.
• Budget: Under $280/week (including bills/utilities).
• Move-in date: Before May 27th.
• Preferences: I am looking for a single room in a clean, quiet, and friendly environment.
• About me: I am a student with a regular lifestyle. I don’t smoke, don’t drink, and have no pets. I am tidy, respectful of others, and always pay rent on time.
