I’m looking for a beautifully maintained, self contained studio in New Farm, or a generous private space that offers genuine independence, ideally with my own bathroom.

I’m single, Muslim, and live a sober lifestyle. I’m respectful, discreet, exceptionally tidy and house proud, and I value a home that feels calm, considered and well cared for.

My lifestyle is active but low key. I enjoy running, good matcha, keeping fit, and spending time with friends, while also appreciating privacy and a quiet place to recharge.

I’m easy to live with, reliable and considerate of shared spaces, and I’m particularly suited to a home where there is a strong sense of mutual respect, cleanliness and personal space.

Ideally, I’m looking for somewhere refined and comfortable that I can treat as a genuine home rather than simply a place to stay.
