JERRY KIM

Hi! I’m Jerry Kim, a 29-year-old Korean female currently looking for a comfortable and respectful place to call home. I arrived in Australia on the 8th and I’m actively job hunting, so I take rent payments and responsibilities very seriously and will always pay on time.

I’ve lived independently for over 10 years, so I’m very confident with cleanliness, organizing shared spaces, and cooking. I started working at 16, which helped me develop a strong sense of responsibility, good manners, and respect for house rules. I’m also a very independent person — I’ve been helping with cleaning and dishes since I was 6 years old!

Personality-wise, I’m outgoing and friendly, but I also value personal time and privacy. I’m easy to live with, considerate of others, and used to sharing spaces since I grew up with two siblings (one brother and one sister). I’m also very animal-friendly — back in Korea, I live with 4 cats and 1 dog, so I’m comfortable around pets and love animals.

I’m looking for a peaceful, clean, and positive living environment where everyone can feel comfortable and respected together :)
