I am a full-time visiting researcher at UNSW for 6 months. I have a neat and regular lifestyle, and I prefer a quiet and peaceful living environment. Since I spend most of my time working, I am usually calm, respectful, and easy to live with. I also value cleanliness and always try to keep shared spaces tidy and comfortable for everyone. I would prefer a share house with same-gender housemates, preferably male.
