Hi! I’m a responsible, low-maintenance student from China, moving to the Gold Coast to focus on my PTE preparation for next year’s nursing master’s degree.

My days are pretty simple: library during the day, quiet study at home in the evenings, and the occasional walk by the beach to clear my head. I’m very tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and always clean up after myself.

I never throw parties, have loud friends over, or stay up late making noise. The only thing I need is to practice speaking English aloud during daytime hours (9am–6pm) in my room, which won’t disrupt anyone.

I’m looking for a relaxed, quiet home with flatmates who are also considerate and easygoing. I’d be a great flatmate — I pay rent on time, keep to myself, and always keep the place clean.
