I am a fantastic tenant, mb the best tenant ever it's crazy.
In truth though from the feedback i have received i was never any issue, not noisy, didn't break anything, kept to myself and never had any issues paying rent as i set it up to auto transfer as soon as it come in. I do snore i have been told but not loudly (mb tmi but i thought you should know). finally i don't drink much, smoke/vape at all or do anything spicier.
Big thing for me is ready access to public transport, not into partying or the scene and more then happy to do my share of the housework.
Currently looking for a place to settle while getting a job as operating from Lowood has made it hard to look at places. IF its a great place happy to move into longer term leases.
