I’m a happy, reliable, easy-going, and non-smoking woman who just relocated back to Australia after spending almost 12 years in the Netherlands.

I am looking for a sublet/ granny flat/break lease, preferably close to the beach. I'm a homeowner myself (which I am renting out) and will treat your home with the same care I give my own. I put down one month length but am happy to discuss shorter or longer.

Currently going through a few job applications at various locations including Sydney and hence I cannot commit for anything long term yet until that is decided.

I’m bringing my dog with me, a shy, sweet, and calm house-trained female rescue from Portugal.

I usually work as an SAP consultant and mostly from home.

I can provide personal and work references if needed and pay rent upfront for a month if necessary.
