I’ve just emigrated from Manchester (like every other Brit😬) and am looking for a place east of city centre so like Paddington, Surry Hills and Darlinghurst! I’ve a full time job in transport planning and my time is split between the office and home.

Budget is around $500-$600 per week (not including bills). Looking for something longer term, not short stays :)

I’m very chill about finding a flatmate who’s down to do some fun things, have a gossip but also be ships passing in the night from time to time. V much into health and fitness, exercising, eating well, hikes, swimming etc, occasionally enjoy some theatre too and enjoy photography. Prefer a bar or cafe over clubbing and raving (though not saying no to a night out!) and v much enjoy a night in with good food / TV / wine. Love travel, my favourite place is New Zealand and Japan is next on the list!

I am genuinely a very clean person. Cleanliness is important to me, especially a clean bathroom and kitchen. If I have my earphones in there’s a 99% chance I’m listening to lady gaga🫦
