I'm a 39-year-old guy working full time in disability support. I love to cook and I like to have a clean house but I'm not fanatical. I rarely party or have crazy nights out any more, but I do like to socialise and have friends over and I am always happy to share a meal and a chat. Most of the time it will just be me but I am looking for at least 2 rooms as my 13yo son and 9yo daughter stay with me during the school holidays but it would be empty the rest of the time. Ideally I'm looking for 1 to 2 people or a couple to team up with to find a house or to move in when I find one. I don't have to move until the end of july but can move anytime before then if I find the right place. I would prefer somewhere on the inner south side but can be flexble with this too. I'm fine if you have kids also .
