I’m looking for a place to stay for the upcoming July intake as I’ll be starting my Master’s degree at Griffith University(Gold Coast). I’m currently living in Toowoomba with my family, but I’ll be relocating for my studies.

I’d preferably love to stay in an all-girls place with people around my age, and it would be even better if you’re also a Griffith student so we can connect easily — but I’m definitely open to other options too. My budget is around $300 per week, but I’m open to negotiation depending on the location and setup.

A little about me: I’m friendly, respectful, clean, and easy to get along with. I enjoy having a comfortable and positive living environment and would love to meet new people during this new chapter of my life.

I also don’t have a car at the moment, so a place close to Griffith or with convenient public transport access would be really appreciated.
