Hi there! I'm Pat. I have loads of house-sharing experience and having also managed share houses in Melbourne and Sydney, I’m really supportive on the house front—keeping the place clean and tidy, respecting boundaries etc. The property I’m currently in has just sold, so I am looking to join a respectful and friendly share house near Tempe, where I work full time. I'm sociable, but not a party person, so I'm seeking a place where everyone's sleep and downtime is equally respected. I like getting out in Sydney, whether it be nature or checking out live music. I love cooking, but these days do so less extravagantly. I have lived with vegans and vegetarians, so I guess that makes me a considerate meat eater; I mostly eat vego, but also chicken and fish and only once in a blue moon red meat. I always pay rent and bills on time - no dramas there. I keep busy, so I don't mooch around the house much, if ever. Hit me up if I sound like a good match. Look forward to meeting you!
