About me
Hi there! I’m looking for one other person to team up with so we can tackle the competitive Brisbane rental market together.
I’ve been on the lookout for a 3-bedroom place within a 20-minute drive of Westfield Chermside, and I’m looking for a housemate who wants to pool our strengths. I need a minimum of 3 bedrooms because I’ll be setting up a home office/hobby space (which, of course, I’ll be paying the majority of the rent for to keep things fair). My personal budget is up to $550 per week for my share. Going for a 3-bedroom place also means we will likely each get our own bathroom, which I reckon is a massive win in itself!
A little about me:
I work full-time as an Assistant Manager for Nespresso, so when I'm home, I prefer a calm, stress-free environment where I can just unwind. And yes, this absolutely means I will have unlimited coffee for you!
On my days off, you’ll usually find me at the local markets every second weekend, baking up some fresh sourdough and pastries, throwing a homemade pizza or two, or getting creative with whatever new hobby I’ve decided to pick up that week. I much prefer early morning catch-ups over a great cup of coffee rather than late-night parties. That being said, if the nightlife is your life, I’m more than happy to cook you a mean mac and cheese if, for some weird reason, I’m still awake when you get home!
How I am to live with:
I keep a clean and organized home, so the main thing I ask is that we keep the common areas clean and tidy together. I will always highly respect your privacy, though—what goes on in your own room is completely your business :)
Furniture & Furnishings:
Furniture-wise, I already have a lot ready to go. The only missing pieces for the communal spaces are a fridge, a dryer, and a dining room table. If you happen to have those, plus your own bedroom furnishings, we would be the perfect match!
