I am looking for a sublet from around July with no fixed lease, just a relaxed arrangement to begin with.

A bit about me: I have recently relocated from New Zealand and have started a new role in Richmond. I am tidy, quiet, a non smoker and pretty low maintenance. I work full time & go to the gym when I can.

Open to a shared house or apartment but with my own room and ideally ensuite. I am generally social, but equally like my own time and space and am respectful of others as well.

I am ideally looking in Richmond, South Yarra, Cremorne, Southbank, anywhere close to Richmond by foot or a short train ride.
