Soi and Youngseok

Hi everyone!

We are a friendly, reliable, and tidy South Korean couple looking for a comfortable and quiet place to call home in Hobart.

I am currently living in Hobart, studying Bachelor of Pharmacy at UTAS. My partner, Youngseok, will be joining me from South Korea in late June to start his Master of IT at UTAS. Before coming to Australia, he worked at a major corporation in Korea for years, so we are both highly organized, mature, and very accustomed to keeping our living space immaculate and respectful of others.

Our Lifestyle:

Quiet & Study-focused: As we are both postgraduate/healthcare field students, our main priority will be our studies. We will spend most of our time at the university or library.

Clean & Respectful: We deeply respect shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom) and always clean up immediately after cooking. We are non-smokers and don't have any pets.

Friendly yet Independent: We highly value privacy and personal space, but we are always down for a friendly chat, sharing a meal, or a warm cup of tea with our flatmates.

What We Are Looking For:
- Stay Duration: Long-term (12 months or more preferred).
- Move-in Date: Mid June (Flexible as the property is available).

Financials: We have solid savings secured, so paying rent, bond, and utility bills on time will never be an issue. We completely understand if the single room rent needs to be adjusted for a couple.
