Hi! I'm Juan Carlos, a 22-year-old Civil Engineering student from Mexico who will be studying in Sydney for the next semester. I don't smoke, have pets, or kids. Cycling, surfing, reading, and enjoying coffees bring me peace. My house is clean, comfortable, enjoyable, and peaceful - the perfect retreat after a busy day.

I'm a calm, respectful, and easy-going person who enjoys keeping a clean and organized living space. Most of my time is spent studying, going to the gym, playing sports, or exploring new places. I enjoy an active lifestyle and regularly play football, padel, and work out, but at home I'm generally quiet and relaxed.

I'm responsible with shared spaces, always clean up after myself, and value open communication and consideration for others. Financially, I have the support of my family and I'm also looking for work while in Sydney to support my living expenses.
