Hi, my name's Simon and I might be just the right flatmate for you :)
(Sorry if that sounds a bit corny)
Anyway, I'm 21 years old and am currently looking for a place to stay, while I'm about half a year in Melbourne during my Working Holiday Visa. I wouldn't consider myself as a typical backpacker tough.

I'm a student, who just finished his bachelor's degree(Urban Planning) in Vienna, Austria, where I currently also live. I am ethnically Polish, but I grew up in Austria.
I always wanted to emerce myself in a different culture and my choice fell for Australia. So right now I am looking for a place for me to stay while I'm in Melbourne for about 6 months.

To me myself, I would consider myself to be an outgoing person, that would like to find not only flatmates, but friends more generally. For me it's important to have a nice, friendly, almost familiar atmosphere in the living space. I would love to get to know each other and if someone wants that, to go out and spend time outside the house.

I would probably arrive in Melbourne in mid August. I don't have a specific preference when it come to the suburb, but it would be nice if it would be well linked up by public Transport :).
