Looking for a room available for a short-term stay from 14 July to 20 August 2026 (about 4 weeks).
The stay would be for my 40s woman, who is my mother and my 14-year-old younger brother, who are visiting from Korea. I am currently living and studying at university here on the Gold Coast, and since my brother is on his school vacation, they are coming over to spend some time together.
They are both very clean, quiet, and respectful people who will mostly be busy with English intensive classes during the day and resting in the evening. Since they are family, I can assure you they will take great care of your space.
Could you please let me know if you would be open to hosting them for these dates? If so, I would love to chat more about the weekly rent and any bond required for this period.
