Im working full-time in a permanent government role Mon-Fri, mostly in our CBD office, so I have a reliable income. I pay bills on time, keep shared spaces clean and cook independently (but happy to offer some of whatever I’ve made!).

🎨 🎹 Outside of work, I’m into arts-and-craftsy activities, I love love love going to local gigs, and other fun side quests with friends. I listen to a lot of folk, indie, alt-rock music, but love discovering other awesome music!

🏡 I’d love a place where people can become friends: the occasional movie-and-nachos night or random weekend/after-work side quest. But a good balance of friendliness and independence is ideal 😊

📆 Practical bits: I’m available to move in from mid/ late June and I can pay bond and a few weeks of rent up front.
