Hey!

I'm wanting to move up from Canberra to Brisbane ASAP. Looking to share a two-bedroom apartment with one other person (not looking to share with couples). I'm after a larger apartment with two bathrooms so we each have our own personal space (04/08 I have found a really good place in West End if someone wants to jump on it now - should be around 450$ish pw exl. bills)

I want to live river-side West End but would also consider a good place in South Brisbane, Milton or CBD. I can stretch my budget for a really good place.

About me - I live an active lifestyle; right now, doing a lot of running and occasionally at the gym. Looking to try out some Yoga and Climbing too. I work full-time in the CBD but may have an occasional WFH day if there is heavy rain.

I'll be moving my furniture up from Canberra so you would only need to provide a few things (the stuff in your own room). I am open to purchasing stuff if it suits you better. I also have a car so will need a place with a secure car park.

Ideally looking for someone who is clean and quiet. I'm always down for a chat but respect privacy and personal space. Weekends I'll either be out on a hike or down the coast, or just chilling. Don't have many friends up here, so hoping to find someone who is down for the occasional beer.
