Hey!

Looking to team up with another person or two and find a nice sized apartment in the Inner-City area (West End, CBD, South Bank, Fortitude Valley, Milton, Newstead, New Farm or Kangaroo Point). I am happy to be sole person on the lease, and I can stretch my budget for a really good place. Ideally looking for someone willing to spend 400-500pw or so.

I am an IT Consultant working full-time in the CBD. I live an active lifestyle so most days I'll be out doing some form of exercise.

Open minded to different furniture arrangements. I am planning to move my stuff up here so you could get away with just furnishing your own room, or I could furniture it for you. If you already have other stuff we can discuss.

I have a car so will need a place with a secure car park.

New to the city so ideally looking to make friends. Bonus if you are down for an occasional drink or have an interest in something like running/hiking/mountain-biking/climbing/jiu-jitsu/yoga or similar.
