Spyda and Cooper Son

I am a professional drummer who tours regularly. when not touring I run a small custom drumhead business and also work for a signage company.
I have my son (Cooper) for 3-4 days /week. He is also a drummer and attends PHS.
We are quiet and tidy.
Looking for somewhere that may have an external studio space but not essential.
I have two cats (mum and daughter)
We currently have our own place in South Yarra but finding it increasingly difficult to afford the rent by myself.
Would definitely consider a share house with other musicians.
