Looking for a 3Bed home or a 2-3 unit (2bed is enough)
We are 2 flatmates looking for a house reasonably priced un which we could feel home. We like taking care of the place and make it more than habitable. Andre likes plants even more than me. I am an architect and like well lit quite homes.
We are currently living together, have been for a while. Our current unit has become very expensive, $100 rent increases 2 years in a row didn’t make us feel to valued so we are out looking for a decent landlord and a quite nice home.
We like to stay long term, every where I have lived has been minimum 8 years at a time. We both work full time and like to spend a quiet time when home.
No smoking, no pets, easy living.
