Hey everyone,

I am from Solihull (UK) and have been living in Sydney for two months on a Working Holiday Visa. I am looking for a quiet long-term place to move in starting October / November. I am a Chartered Surveyor in Commercial Real Estate starting work in the CBD soon.

My preference is to be in Bondi Beach and surrounds but would be happy anywhere in the Eastern suburbs that is close to the beach and accessible to the CBD.

I need to provide two weeks' notice at my current place in Coogee but happy to have a brief overlap for the right place.

I'm really into my health and fitness including running, gym, football, tennis, padel, golf etc. but also enjoys socializing over a beer of a weekend.

I would love to live with other working professionals of a relatively similar age who are also tidy and respectful but also enjoy a good balance of socializing and their own space.
