Hi, I'm Xavier, a 30-year-old sustainability adviser who also works part-time as a pharmacy assistant. I currently work Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

I'm easy-going, respectful and fairly independent. I enjoy a quiet and peaceful home where everyone can relax and recharge, but I'm also happy to have a chat and get to know my housemates when we're all free.

Outside work, I'm a bit of a gym enthusiast and train five days a week. I love hiking, nature, animals and getting outdoors whenever I can. At home, I usually spend my time working on personal projects, reading or relaxing after work and training.

I'm clean, tidy, non-smoking, reliable with rent and household responsibilities, and I'm looking for a friendly and respectful place to call home.
