3.Reliable and Considerate: I have a very regular daily routine and am generally very quiet. I’m also friendly and happy to have a chat, but I respect boundaries and understand the importance of giving others their own space.

4.Responsible: I am a non-smoker, have a stable lifestyle, and take great care of shared spaces as if they were my own.
