My name is Minji Hwang, and I am a 22-year-old exchange student from South Korea. I will be studying at UNSW from August to December 2026.

I’m currently looking for a place to stay before I arrive in Sydney on 2 August, and I want to introduce myself in a more personal way, so you can get a better sense of who might be living as a housemate. I also have a local contact in Sydney who can inspect the property on my behalf if needed.

I enjoy listening to music and going for runs. I like dogs, and I generally enjoy spending time outdoors in nature. I don’t smoke and only drink occasionally. I would describe myself as easygoing, respectful, and considerate of shared living. I always keep things clean and make sure common spaces are comfortable for everyone.

I’d love the opportunity to live with friendly housemates and experience life in Sydney during my exchange.
