Julius and Nazire

Hi there! 🌿

We are Julius and Nazire, a master’s student couple from Munich moving to Sydney for our university exchange programs from 25 July to 28 November. I will be studying at USyd, and Nazire at UTS. We have been happily living together in Munich for over a year, and lived together in Austin/Texas and Istanbul before as well, so we are completely well-practiced at keeping our home clean and organized.

What we do:
We are both completing our Master’s degrees at the Technical University of Munich. Nazire studies Informatics and specializes in Quantum Computing, and I study Electrical Engineering while working part-time as a hardware engineer for Apple. Outside of our studies, we love traveling, trying new cuisines, swimming, and relaxing by the beach—which makes us incredibly excited for our semester in Sydney!

We completely value a quiet, peaceful, and well-maintained home environment. We are non-smokers, don't have pets, and aren't party animals. Because we already manage our own household back home, we are highly responsible, respectful of property, and always prompt with rent and bills.

We are looking for a clean, secure, and relaxed private studio or apartment to call home during our 18-week exchange program (25/07 to 28/11).
Maximum Budget: $700 AUD/week.
Lease Terms: We are fully prepared to meet all lease requirements, upfront costs, and bond deposits.
