I'll be commencing my PhD studies at UWA on mid October. Looking for a place to stay within commutable distance to UWA for at least 6 months, probably longer.

I like to live in a tidy place and put effort to keep a clean environment, not obsessed though. I love cats and have lived with pets for years. Not a party person but can't say no to little get-togethers or chats over some coffee/beer.
