🏠 Looking for a room in Perth — Swan Valley area

Hi everyone! I'm Jonathan, a 36year-old French guy who is moving to Perth to work as an assistant winemaker in Swan Valley 🍷
I'm looking for a room in a shared house, ideally in one of these areas:
Guildford · Bassendean · Morley · Mount Lawley · Leederville · Victoria Park

A bit about me:
- Calm, tidy and respectful of shared spaces
- Non-smoker
- Used to shared living — I've been in shared houses since I arrived in Australia in 2022
- I spent five years in the French Air Force, so I know how to keep things organised 😄
- I work regular hours and I'm generally a quiet presence at home

What I'm looking for:
- Furnished or unfurnished room
- Bills included or split fairly
- Good vibes and respectful housemates

I'm looking for a minimum of 4 months, with the intention of staying long term if everything works out well.

Budget: ~$250–$350/week
