Hi — I'm a UNSW student (Kensington campus), currently living in Waterloo. My lease ends in early February 2027, so I'm looking for a new place from then.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR
Two people to lease a 3-bedroom apartment with me for 12 months from early February 2027. All names on the lease — we inspect together and apply together as a group. This is not a sublet and I'm not renting out a room.

My budget is $430/week and I'm happy to take the smallest room, so the two larger rooms are yours to split between you.

I've already shortlisted 13 three-bedroom apartments that meet my must-haves — gas cooktop, air-conditioning that actually reaches the bedrooms, and not an FTTB building — ranging from $950 to $1,390 per week. Happy to send the list.

I'm clean, quiet and reliable with rent. I keep shared spaces tidy, I'm easy to communicate with, and I'd rather sort things out early than let them build up.
