Hi name is Clint I’m 32yo and I work full time as a manager at Woolworths. I’m very clean, tidy and respectful, I mostly keep to myself but I am also very easy going and don’t mind a chat & some banter in the common areas.
When I’m not at work I enjoy going to the gym, going to the beach and spending time with friends & family.
I pride myself on paying rent on time, Everytime, I can also provide a reference from my current landlord if required.
Ideally I’d prefer a medium to large sized room, Ensuite or private bathroom preferred but not essential. Furnished with atleast a bed / bedside tables.
