Hi there! My name is Samir, and I’m an 18-year-old student from Uzbekistan moving to Sydney to start my Bachelor of Artificial Intelligence at UTS.
I’m looking for a friendly, clean, and respectful place to call home while I complete my degree. As a student, I’m quite focused on my studies during the week, so I’m definitely not looking for a party house - I value a space that is quiet and organized.
I’m very used to independent living, so I’m more than happy to pull my weight with chores and keep shared spaces tidy.
I’m very excited to be joining the UTS community and am looking for housemates who are chilled-out, reliable, and maybe up for a coffee or a chat from time to time. I’m arriving in Sydney in mid-July and am ready to move in as soon as possible!"
