Hi! I'm a 25 year old female looking for a longterm place to call home, whether that's a share house, studio, or granny flat.

I work part-time as a cleaner while studying part time, and I'm currently looking to return to the florist industry, where I have 5 years of experience. My priority right now is finding secure, longterm accommodation so I can settle in and focus on securing a fulltime role.

I'll also be bringing along my small cat, who is very loving, well behaved, and fully house trained. She's quiet, affectionate, and will be just as happy to call your place home as I will.

I'm friendly, easy going, and enjoy getting to know the people I live with, whether that's sharing a meal, having a chat after work, or simply creating a comfortable and respectful home environment. I also value personal space and understand the importance of balancing social time with quiet time.

I'm emotionally mature, clean, considerate, and easy to live with. I've shared homes with people ranging in age from 18 to 70, both male and female, and have always believed that good communication, mutual respect, and teamwork are the keys to a happy household. I'm happy to live with people of any age or gender.

My budget is around $300 per week, which I can comfortably afford. Once I'm settled and back into full-time work, I'll be happy to increase my budget if needed.
