Hey! I’m Hritik (25), an Indian professional moving to Sydney this October to work full-time as a chef at NEL Restaurant on Wentworth Ave.

About my routine:
Hours: Working Tuesday–Saturday. Out of the house exploring on Sunday/Monday. You’ll have plenty of space to yourself during the week.

Cleanliness: Commercial kitchen standards. I clean as I go and keep common areas immaculate.

Vibe: Chill, independent, and highly respectful of everyone's privacy and downtime. Always down for a casual chat or sharing a drink, but love my own space too.

Because the restaurant is right near Central, I'm looking for a place in Surry Hills or the surrounding immediate suburbs. Drop me a line if you have a room available!
