Hi im Jeff, 28, and I'm moving from New Zealand to Melbourne on 10 August after accepting a full time job in architecture.

I'm looking for a room in or around South Yarra, Prahran, Windsor, Richmond or nearby while I get settled into Melbourne.

A bit about me, I work full time, I'm easy going, clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. Outside of work, I spend most of my time at the gym, playing football, or training in Brazilian jiu jitsu. I'm always up for a drink, a chat, or doing something social, but I'm equally happy doing my own thing and appreciate having a good balance.

I've lived in shared houses before, so I know the importance of cleaning up after myself, paying rent on time, and being considerate of everyone else in the house.
