Hi! I’m a 28 year old male, self employed full time. Clean, stress free, looking for somewhere more long -term to settle down.

I will have my child (2yr) a couple of nights a fortnight, I work early hours and will be of little disruption. I’m fairly quiet however like the idea of sharing a place with some people that I could become sociable with as I step into a new/different chapter.

Don’t smoke, party or take drugs,
Drink rarely, keep clean and respect the space.
