I'm Iris, and I recently relocated to Sydney on a working holiday visa. I previously worked in the fashion industry in Korea, and I'm now looking for a fully furnished private room in a friendly, clean, and respectful shared home.

📍 Preferred areas: Strathfield, Burwood, Waterloo, Mascot, or nearby (with convenient access to public transport and an easy commute to the CBD).

📅 Move-in: Within the next 2 weeks (flexible)
🛏️ Length of stay: Around 3–6 months initially, with the possibility of staying longer if it's a good fit.

😊 Friendly & considerate – I enjoy chatting with housemates or sharing a meal occasionally, but I also value personal space and a peaceful home environment. I'm definitely not looking for a party house.

🏋️ Healthy lifestyle – Outside of work, I enjoy weight training, Pilates, yoga, reading, and exploring local cafés.

💰 Budget: Around $300/week (slightly flexible for the right place).

✅ I can provide references if needed and am happy to pay the bond and rent in advance.
