I'm a late 30s female moving to Perth to spend time with family, from start of August for 4 months or so.
I'm wanting my own space to chill in, looking for a private studio/granny flat/1 bedroom unit etc.
After my own kitchen space (at least most of the time), more cruisy about sharing bathroom
Wanting to be close biking/commuting distance to Coolbellup so am thinking from around North Freo - Hamilton Hill - east to the freeway area?
I have some flexibility with budget and the dates (e.g. short term sublet, can vacate space if you need it back for some of the time, could be creative if you're away most of the time etc.)
