Catelyn and Sade

A friend, my two kittens, and I are on the hunt for a 2-bedroom house, apartment, unit, or really anything to call home. We are searching for a long-term home where we can settle down and feel at home within the space.
About us:
Catelyn (19) & Sade (18): We are two responsible, full-time 1st-year apprentices and TAFE students. Catelyn in painting and Sade in hairdressing. Outside of our busy work and study schedules, we both share a huge love for art, music, animals, clothes, and cooking/baking. When we aren't working, Catelyn loves playing games, going for drives, and nature walks, while Sade enjoys hiking and hitting the gym. Our collective house vibe is incredibly clean, relaxed, and highly organised, which is perfect for small, low-key hangouts with close friends and just chilling out after a long day. We take great pride in keeping a welcoming, peaceful sanctuary.
The Kittens: We have two well-behaved, strictly indoor-only tabby cats, Milo and Benny. They are fully litter-trained, calm, very affectionate, and keep us great company.

We are looking for a long-term rental (12 months+) to move into, and we are completely open to either starting something brand new or or possibly moving in. Our maximum budget is $450 to $500 per week, though we would ideally love for bills to be included if we are paying at the higher end of that range. Location-wise, we are searching around Kingsbury, Reservoir, Bundoora, Thomastown, Heidelberg, Preston, or Thornbury, with our only major requirement being that the property must be close to the 86 tram line for easy travel.
