I pay rent with the punctuality of a Swiss train and the enthusiasm of someone who really doesn't want an awkward conversation about it later.
I hate a dirty dish and I've been known to wipe down a counter unprompted. Clean, clutter free shared spaces are my jam, but I do love a cozy, lived-in house.
I will be busy ++ with work and study so bed by 9 most days but always happy to be social and share a wine or 2 and enjoy the odd family dinner.
Bonus: Excellent at splitting bills fairly, very handy with a solid problem solving/fix it attitude, surprisingly good in emergencies, and I will absolutely notice if the toilet paper is running low and do something about it.
I am flexible with locations, just threw a few suburbs around, hoping to be within reasonable distance of UTAS campus.
Moving with my 2yo certified Very Good Girl Nelllie (Golden Retriever), who loves a walk and then a nap at your feet. Extra vacuuming +/- a robot vacuum will be included to make up for the fluff she tends to leave around the place.
In my down time I like reading a good book, hiking and getting out and about to explore beautiful Tassie.
