Location:Melbourne ( 1 hour to CBD or closer )
Room Type:Private room in a share house
Move-in Date: September 6 (Available for inspection: September 1 - September 5)
Budget: Up to $250/week (bills included preferred)
Initial Lease Term:3 months short-term (with the intention to extend if it's a good fit)

My Requirements:
Parking/Storage:Secure indoor garage space to park and charge my e-bike.
Housemates:Small household with no more than 4 people in total (excluding living with the landlord/owner's family).
Environment:Quiet and respectful (no late-night parties or hosting in the common areas).
Facilities: Reliable Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating.
Vibe: Chill and independent household with reasonable house rules (no overly strict rules like lights out at 10 PM).
