Hi! I’ve recently graduated with a Master’s degree from Bond University and I’m currently looking to start my career in Quantity Surveying / Estimating.

I’m friendly and respectful, and I prefer a clean, quiet and relaxed home rather than a busy share house. Ideally I’m looking for a modern 2B2B apartment with my own bathroom, sharing with just one other person.

I’m looking around Brisbane and the Gold Coast for a longer-term place. Parking would be a big plus as I’m planning to have a car. My partner may occasionally stay over, but I’ll be the only permanent occupant of the room.

Looking for somewhere comfortable that feels like home rather than just a room to rent.
