Quiet living and come with a cute cat! I value my privacy and also enjoy a shared meal or a chat at the door/gate/letterbox. As I’m looking for an independent existence, I’m conscious of being able to coexist without imposing myself. My family and friends me ‘Catman’ (I work in animal care), so expect that I will value cleanliness and be low-maintenance. ^..^

Because of my cat, who does not want to mix with other animals and who is indoor, I require a granny flat or half a home, where there is clear division in living spaces (ground/first floor, etc). For this reason and because of my budget (400-500), I welcome conversation with anyone considering a larger rental investment, where we can exist as two single people.

My businesses are located in the inner north and south, so anything that is within 10km of the CBD could suit.

Also, as a queer man, I require an open-mindedness and a free spirit in anyone that I choose to co-habit with.
